Booking policy:
– Rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong and subject to add 10% government tax and 5% service charge, including buffet breakfast.
– Rates are subject to be revised without prior notice.
– We will accept major credit cards as VISA; MASTER
– Airport transfer is available from Phu bai and Danang Airport. Please contact our Reservation for further details and reservation.
– Check in & Check out Policy:
+ Check in time: After 2.00 Pm. Early check – in possible only on availability, however additional charges may occur should you wish to check in before 2.00 Pm.
+ Check out time at 12.00 am.  An additional 30% extra charge will be charged to you if check out time until 3pm, 50% ( half day ) charge will be levied until 6pm and an additional one day charge will be levied after 6pm.
– Children policy:
+ Below 6 years old shall be complimentary if sharing the bed with parents and complimentary Buffet breakfast provided.
+ From 6 to 11 years old are complimentary if sharing the bed with parents and 100% charge for buffet breakfast will be charged.
+ 12 years old and above are considered as an adult and extra bed is required including Buffet breakfast
+ Baby cot is available and please contact reservation should you wish to request such a cot.
– Deposit policy  Individual or group Travelers
Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until  deposit of 30 % to 50%  of the total room charge fee is received ( subject to room availability)
– For traditional Tet holiday or for special duration of New Year eve ( 31/December / 1 January )  Hue festival season, National Day ( 2 September ) , Labor day & independence day ( 30 April, 1 May ) … a deposit of 100% room charge for the whole period of stay would be required.
